Making your plastic parts a reality requires proactive, creative thinking and attention to detail during the design phase.
In order to produce a part that serves the intended purpose, is affordable to produce and meets our quality standards, we've had to develop some clever solutions.

We offer our clients low cost, high quality injection molded plastic parts. With our ten injection molding machines ranging in size from 28 tons to 570 tons, we can produce plastic parts weighing as little as a gram or as much as five pounds.
Many of our repeat clients return because of our exceptional customer service. We offer a range of services to assist in the complete cycle of part production. As a quality-oriented plastic part producer, we offer expert engineering support in the beginning of the development of the part and mold design. After a design has been approved, we provide documented part pricing to make buying decisions clearer. We can also aid in the creation of the mold by representing our client's interests in the mold construction process. Once we have the finished mold in our hands, we develop quality standards and write up SPC documentation. Then, we stay in timely communication with our clients until the parts are molded. Should the parts require it, we can take care of secondary operations, such as assembly, hot stamping and silk-screening. Our partnerships ensure that the final parts are delivered as complete as required.
One of the biggest advantages to using our services is the face-to-face access our clients receive from management. Our top executives are not people managers, they are doers. Clients come to us because they need personal attention. That might be because their project is mission-critical, difficult to produce, contains sensitive information, requires high quality standards, the design needs tweaking during production, etc. Our clients come to us because they need the job done right and they like to work with other people to see that it gets done that way.
At R&D Plastics, we maintain a clean, tight shop and are ISO 9002 compliant. Our clean workspace not only makes the shop a safe place to work, but it also adheres to the strict sanitation standards of the medical community. Medical part manufacturers contact us regularly because they can trust us with the sterile handling their parts require.
